How to Prepare:

For best absorption, grind flax seeds before use.

Add 1–2 tablespoons to smoothies, cereals, or yoghurt.

Use as an egg substitute in baking: mix 1 tbsp ground flaxseed with 3 tbsp water and let sit for 5 minutes.
