Locally made in East Lothian by Chocolate Tree
The cacao is harvested, fermented, dried, roasted and processed into 100% blocks of ground cacao (liqour) at origin. Using organic Colombian cane sugar & Peruvian cocoa butter we turn the ‘liqour’ into chocolate.
