Chipotle Chilli Pepperjack: a slightly smokey, fresh chilli cheese made with organic EU soya milk. Can be grated for melting or sliced.
Smoked Gouda: a smokey slice-able and melt-able cheese made with organic EU soya milk. Pairs well with pickle, sauerkraut and is amazing on pizza
No-zzarella: a mild slice-able and melt-able cheese made with organic EU soya milk. Perfect for vegan pizza.
New Moon Brie: Mild, yet complex, cheese is made with cashews, slowly lacto-fermented with live pro-biotics and creamy coconut yogurt, then infused with truffle oil. Aged for 2 days and is protected by a slightly salted rind. You can even bake this wrapped in a baking sheet or filo pastry. Bake at 200 degrees for 25 mins.
Each portion comes wrapped in a wax paper so no nasty plastic wrapper.
