AB Mauri have been producing Pinnacle Yeast for the baking industry in the UK and Ireland from their Hull site since 1982.
This product must be kept refrigerated and generally has a 2 week shelf life if stored at 0 °C – 6 °C.
It's a large block (about 4 packs of butter) so great if you could share it with your friends and neighbours.
