
Biggar Blue is a raw milk blue goats cheese made from vegetarian rennel from a small herd of Dairy Goats. It is named after the local town of Biggar which is about 5 miles from our farm, it is smooth, giving and slightly sweet with a blue tang but not overpowering.
PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS A RAW CHEESE AND NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN OR PREGNANT WOMAN
Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5 degrees and once opened re-wrap in the foil provided (bees wax wraps are a good alternative to cling film) to keep it at its best.
